Troubleshooting

Make sure speech recognition engine is installed

1. Open Control panel.
2. Click Speech Recognition.
3. Click Start speech recognition.
4. Run through the speech recognition setup.
5. Close windows speech recognizer window.
6. Start LINKS.

Make sure a SAPI voice is installed

1. Press Windows Key + R
2. Type %windir%\System32\speech\speechux\sapi.cpl
3. Press Enter
4. Make sure there voice selection is enabled and there is a voice to select.
