During the installation process you will see a window that allows you to select your language. Choose your language and proceed, dont worry if you want to change your language you can do it later in the Settings window under the Speech recognition options.
If your language doesnt appear it means that your computer hasnt that language installed or that the Microsoft speech recognition doesnt support your language. Please check your control panel settings.
