The keyboard window allows for a user to enter voice commands that link back to a keyboard shortcut. The keyboard shortcut is implemented using windows [https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.windows.forms.sendkeys(v=vs.110).aspx SendKeys].

This window includes the following options:
* Voice Command: The command you will speak
* Response: What the software says back to you
* Macro: This is the key command is executes
* Profile: The profile that the command belongs to

== Managing Commands ==
You can add commands two different ways. The first is to type them in the same way you do in the customize winodw. This can be a difficult unless you are familiar with windows SendKeys. If you are then you can just type them out (be sure to include a profile name if you do type them out), otherwise you can type the voice command and response, then press the record button (make sure you are inside of the macro cell before you click record) which will bring up the following window for you to record your keystrokes.

Once you press the record button the software will automatically record any keystrokes you enter. When you have entered the keystrokes you want you can press stop. This will close the window and insert the command into the macro. If you are not happy with this you can press abort and try again. As always press enter to go to the next line when you are finished entering a command. If you want to add more just repeat the process. Be sure to press update when you are finished entering commands.

There are 3 ways to shutdown the Artificial Intelligence emulator.

# Right click the [Main Control Center], The A.I. will ask you confirmation to shutdown. Right click again and the software will close.
# Go to the icon tray located at the bottom right corner of your computer. Look for our logo, right click on it and choose exit.
# Go to the default commands section and customize the "goodbye function" you can create your own version of this command to be able to shut it down with your voice command.

To confirm a shutdown command say:
# "Affirmative " - for yes.
# "Negative" - for no.

Profiles lets us organize our commands and allows LINKS to understand better. We know that adding a ton of commands to the software will cause its recognition abilities to suffer. We also considered that some of the commands will be focused more for certain situations. For instance, if I am playing a game and want to change song, I don't want it to think I said print when I say point. By creating profiles you give yourself the flexibility to include commands that are tailored to what you are doing. We hope that this gives people better results and a more customized and friendly experience. (If you stick with main profile all the time without separating your commands into different profiles that suite your needs, the results you get may not be as desired).

You can add profiles by opening the profiles window from the second Fly-Out menu and first button. This will bring up a small window that will contain a list of profiles. From this window you can delete, add, or select a profile.

Switching Profiles
Profiles were created with the user experience in mind. We understand that some of the commands you create will inevitably won't be used all the time. To cut back on what the software will understand at different times we decided to create a profile based solution. Main is the standard profile and is included with the software. To find out more about profiles you go look through this. You can switch profiles by clicking the profiles button.

After you click the profiles button another pop up window will appear. You can select the profile you want from the drop down and then click done. This will cause the software to display any commands that you have entered for it. It will also tell you which profile is selected in the bottom right corner of the commands window.

After donating put attention to the Google form that pops out in your browser. Enter your personal information and you will receive a password for the file.

During the installation process you will see a window that allows you to select your language.
Choose your language and proceed, dont worry if you want to change your language you can do it later in the [[Settings window]] under the [[Speech recognition options]].

If your language doesnt appear it means that your computer hasnt that language installed or that the Microsoft speech recognition doesnt support your language. Please check your control panel settings.
