LINKS is a free, voice operated, “Artificial Intelligence Emulation” application. It runs on Microsoft Windows machines using Microsoft Speech API (SAPI) 5.4 and is written in C# WPF. LINKS allows users to customize voice commands, responses, and actions as user's need dictate.

The project started as "Michael C's J.A.R.V.I.S. (Customizable)" as an open source code in 2013. In 2014, the code was optimized and re-written with a new user interface and many new features by Michael Carson, Zunair Pasha Fayaz and Rod Arc. LINKS is currently being used by many users from simple commands to advanced home automation commands.

There are users who now uses LINKS as front end for their home automation with help of custom scripts to control multiple resources i.e. QwickSwitch, VeraEdge, OpenHab, Philips Hue and IFFT.
